The warehouses at 25-27 Landing Drive add to the strong design philosophy underpinning the Landing Business Park development by Auckland International Airport Limited. The distinctive chamfered Louvre blades of the Solaris range offer shade and style as part of a sophisticated aesthetic that is gaining attention. Finalist in the 2024 Property Industry Awards.

Destined to become the beating heart of Rolleston, the mixed modal 22,000sqm development hosts performance and community spaces, studios, workshops, exhibition areas and a café space.

Holiday Inn Express Queenstown

The vision for the building was to create an abstract of a glacier which would have once carved a path through the valley. The advancing glacier would pick up rock and debris, the ice eating it and holding it in its frozen underbelly. The eventual retreat would reveal this debris, called 'glacial erratic', to form a new landscape. The hotel was to show that journey and the erratic within the facade design.

Specialist Facade Research & Testing Facility

WindLab is an internationally renowned wind testing facility. Featuring an open jet, high power, short tunnel configuration, WindLab is designed to test 1:1 scale facade elements for wind noise and structural integrity. The 4 centrifugal fans can generate flow velocities over 50m/s and full variable speed control allows for low speed aero-acoustic testing, and high-speed structural tests.
