Atkinson House was a 6 storey office building which had fallen vacant and into disrepair following the departure of Government Departments.  Following a significant refurbishment by Taranaki iwi Te Atiawa, it would become Ngamotu House, with a facade designed to honour Rongoueroa, a Te Atiawa ancestor, by taking the form of a parawai and symbolically embracing the building.

The warehouses at 25-27 Landing Drive add to the strong design philosophy underpinning the Landing Business Park development by Auckland International Airport Limited.  The distinctive chamfered louvre blades of the Solaris range offer shade and style as part of a sophisticated aesthetic that is gaining attention, and possibly an award, as a finalist in the 2024 Property Industry Awards. 

A unique facade made up of perforated aluminium fins covering approximately 405 square metres that’s lifted away from the building face, Forte Health showcases double skinned dapple fins in a geometric pattern to play with light and shadow.

The beating heartbeat of commerce in Invercargill was spectacularly transformed by the development of Invercargill Central, with an entire 15,137 sqm City block redeveloped to anchor the urban ambitions of the South’s capital for generations to come.  

The Pa is the visual embodiment of the University of Waikato’s aspirations for the future.  At the centre is the Wharenui, reaching out to create new spaces in a gesture of inclusion and friendship.  Helping convey those sentiments is a collection of precision crafted custom, standard, aluminium and glass louvres.

King Edwards Barracks Car Park in Christchurch is over 20,000m and provides 680 car parking spaces. It opened to the public in April 2017.

Completed in April 2017, this striking car park facade in Christchurch presented Insol with some challenges, but resulted in a superior solution.

Lichfield Street Car Park is an eight-storey building with 805 car spaces in the heart of Christchurch. It opened in November 2017.

A beacon in the heart of Rolleston, the facade on Te Ara Atea produces mesmerizing ripples of light.  The overall design reflects the cultural narrative of the setting whilst also reflecting the vibrancy and life of the growing community.
